  • Indecision of The Heart

Ever get your head wrapped around the idea of something so unreal, that when it becomes reality, you realize that what you wanted never existed? You build it up so much that whenever you think about it, your mood instantly improves, the day seems easier, and you think that you’re on top of the world.

Your mind gets so attached to the idea of something, that it overlooks the reality of the matter (They should put this shit in Inception). To be honest, it really fucking blows. Should you be mad or upset? Or should you blame yourself for doing or not doing something? Everything in life happens for a reason, and if one accepts that as truth, then there are no such things as wrong decisions. And that’s what really bugs me. You never know who to blame :P

  • I’m currently sitting on my roof right now, and this is similar to what I see. It truely opens up your mind just sitting under the sky at night. You start to realize, as cliché as it sounds, how insignificant we really are.
Now, I don’t mean for this to sound depressing or gloomy. What I mean by this is we, as a species, are so self-absorbed in our daily trials and tribulations, that we forget to see the miracle of life as is occurs right in front of us. Do people not realize how lucky they truly are to be able to feel pain as we do? To feel love?
Without pain, there is no pleasure, and it is the same for everything. Without bad, we are not able to appreciate just how good “good” is. The death of a loved one is always followed somewhere in the world by the birth of a new, pure life, and that cycle is continuous.
The point I’m trying to make is that we shouldn’t let life distract us from appreciating life itself. Don’t forget to take a step back and just feel. Feel what it’s like to breathe, to hear, to feel.

  • Losing my Tumblr virginity…

“What the hell is a Tumblr?”… “How the fuck do you work this thing?”… These were just a few of the questions that I asked myself when I began to think about using this site. But then I realized that I don’t give a shit, and I’m going to stumble my way through this (which reminds me: I need to pay stumbleupon a visit soon). Here’s hoping that I figure out how to use this site.
